Grant Proposals

1. Basic Information
Provide basic organization information, including name and address, year organization was formed, Tax ID, annual operating budget, leader’s name and title, and primary contact person’s name, email, and phone.

2. Executive Summary
Provide a general description of the proposed project, why this is a good fit for I GOT THIS Foundation and amount of funding requested.

3. Organization Overview
Include a brief history of the organization, an overview of the current organization, such as size, location, officers, staff, etc., relevant experience, and how the organization mission is related to the proposed project.

4. Statement of Need
Provide an explanation of the project’s targeted population and unserved need that will be addressed.

5. Project Goals
Provide the desired results of the project, including the number of participants to be served, and intended outcomes.

6. Project Description
Describe project activities in detail. How will attendees be served, needs be addressed, and goals achieved?

7. Project Personnel
Include brief bios of key personnel who will work on the project, their experience and qualifications to lead and deliver the project.

8. Timeline
Include both a project and event schedule. Using the Project Description, provide a timeline that outlines when project activities will be completed, who will be participating, the targeted event date/time, and an event schedule.

9. Budget
Provide detailed line-item budget requirements for the project.

10. Evaluation
Explain how the project will be evaluated against the goals identified above. I GOT THIS Foundation will require a project summary when completed.

11. I GOT THIS Funds Request
Specify the project amount requested from the I IGOT THIS Foundation and explain where the remaining budget amounts will come from.

12. Supporting Information
Submit any additional materials that would be helpful for grant consideration.
